What it does
360 Gold is a tool to assist the development of leaders at all levels.
Feedback is provided on line from colleagues, direct reports, management, suppliers, customers or other stakeholder to help you understand how you engage with people and how your leadership behaviour impacts on your team and other key people you do business with.
You can receive feedback from as many people as required and access results on line.
The questionnaire consists of 50 questions and takes around 15 to twenty minutes to complete.
